Gwen Palafox, Ph.D.  |  Co-Founder

Dr. Gwennyth “Gwen” Palafox is a licensed psychologist, speaker, advocate, and co-founder of Quiet Strength, a self-directed, sensory-considered movement space designed to support calm, autonomous, and accessible engagement in physical activity.

Her work over the past two decades has focused on supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families through innovative, person-centered approaches that prioritize autonomy, sensory access, and meaningful independence. Through her private practice, she helps teens and adults build supports that align with how they naturally move, regulate, and engage with the world.
Gwen is also the co-founder of BB360, one of the first adaptive group fitness programs in Pasadena, California, where she helped pioneer more inclusive approaches to movement long before accessibility became part of mainstream fitness conversations.

She has shared her expertise through workshops, TEDx, expert witness testimony, and collaborations with professionals committed to rethinking traditional systems of support.
